Winton Christmas Twilight Market Trade & Food Vendors Registration Form

Winton Motor Raceway is hosting an XMAS Twilight Market on Saturday 6th December 2025 3pm - 8:30pm, Winton is looking for all types of vendors from food to merchandise, home made goods & more.

This is a FREE Public entry event.

This could include coffee, food, beverages, merchandise, Home Made Goods, motorsport related brands/services and/or products and non-motorsport (clothing/Goods/food/drinks).

Please submit your Expression of Interest (EOI) for Food and Trade Vendor at Winton Raceway. Vendor utility Fee is $55 for this event incl. GST

the Vendor utility fee provides all vendors with power and a garage or carport space, Winton raceway has 78 Garages & 45 carports available for vendors to use for this event.

Once we have received your registration we will provide confirmation details prior to the event.
